If you are using the same sendmail config on both boxes simply backup the 
directory where your mail residence (or mailbox) is on the on source box 
and move those files to the mail residence (or mailbox) on the new 
box.  There should be no problems.

Linux may be:  /var/spool/mail
FreeBSD may be: /var/mail

Back things up first but this should work just fine.
