Something strange is happening. I use VirtualBox to create my FreeBSD test
environment and host is Windows PC. Recently I refreshed my PC to latest
hardware but old one is still left. So I tried building openblas on the lat=
ter
and it completed successfully! The spec of VM is same between them and only
that of host is different. So does this mean that build system of openblas
checks not only the architecture of build environment (the output of `uname=
 -p`
for example) but also the CPU itself? Since the CPU of my new PC is brand-n=
ew
Intel's 12th generation (Alder Lake) Core i7 processor, it may be possible
openblas 0.3.18 doesn't support it yet.
