Thus bringing it in under a license justification won't work. So it would be up to someone to analysis Joerg Schilling statements and make a proposal on a FreeBSD mailing list to see if we could reach consensus on the change. A negative point would be that we'd be the only one using Star as our native tar. By sticking with GNU Tar we are in larger company.
