I=B4m participating of GSoc, with project TCP/IP regression test
suite(tcptest) with mentoring of George (gnn).

tcptest is intended to be used as a tool for conformance test, btw, It
can aid the RFC 2861 implementation, but there is a long time to get
there, I=B4m still planning, gsoc just started!
