Thanks for the reply, but that is still not clear. You said above that portmaster "won't itself install from pkgs", so I am not sure what that means. Does that mean that using pkg to install portmaster will work properly? I am planning to wait for the release, so hopefully the release notes will have good install/upgrade instructions. -- Carl Johnson carlj@peak.org
