The distribution file XF332set.tgz does not contain the XF86Setup file like it should, but instead contains XF98Setup. Similarly XF332jset.tgz contains XF86Setup instead. Reguardless of this packaging problem, the XF86Setup program will not work, upon execution, it attempts to use the kanji font set. >How-To-Repeat: To see the packaging problem, do a tar -ztvf X332set.tgz and you will see: -rwxr-xr-x root/wheel 819200 Mar 2 22:08 1998 bin/XF98Setup -rwxr-xr-x root/wheel 243 Mar 2 22:08 1998 bin/xmseconfig .... To see the fact that the XF86Setup (in X332jset.tgz) doesn't work, run it and it will start X but won't do anything else. Upon killing it you will see an error about finding a kanji font while trying to display the setup message dialog. >Fix: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
