hi list i've tried several times to install mod_php3 and mod_php4 from the ports for my existing installation of apache 2.0.16 (also from the ports). both installations, 3 and 4 end up with error messages. during install the script says that my /usr/local/sbin/apxs script is 'most likely' broken and i should check the faq on www.php.net. well, first of all, the page it says i should go does not exist, so i search the faq pages for help on broken apxs scripts. i can find one entry that says i should check for some lines, and add some information to the script, but these lines definitly don't look like they are supposed for a broken script or simply don't exist. i tried to add these lines to the script and re-run the installation, at least the 'your script is most likely broken' error message didn't show, but installtion ends up in error again. someone has advice? i'm running 4.3-stable and the ports collection is up to date. thanks in advance.
