Port www/axis installs several jar files in $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext (or lib/endorsed, depending on the jdk version).

The porter handbook states Java ports should install shared jars in $JAVAJARDIR. In this case installing it in the above mentioned makes Jboss build fail due to the axis jars being in the class path - building the bundled axis version fails.
