They probably cvsup'ed from an international site. I have found that you have to look at make.conf. I don't willingly let anything change it but have noticed in the past that it will be switched back to "NO" occasionally. It is usually a couple of cvsup's later before I see it. Now, I usually check it to make sure it says "YES" before I do a buildworld. I had done a couple of RELENG_4 cvsup's and builds and hadn't checked it. Nothing had changed and it was still set to "YES". I'm am still building a US 4.x-Stable. I can smile again :))).
