Ok you need to use cvsup create a supfile file in /var/db/ There are examples in cd /usr/share/examples/cvsup/supfiles/ choose the ports example make a mofication to choose a server say cvsup7 by changing the line *default host=CHANGE_THIS.FreeBSD.org to *default host=cvsup7.FreeBSD.org save the dile as /var/db/portssupfile then from root cvsup /var/db/portssupfile Good luck David #cvsup /var/db/portssupfile -- 40 yrs navigating and computing in blue waters.
