IBM ServeRaid adapters aren't supported :(
I think you can go with NF5000 embedded dual-channel UW-SCSI adapter
(AIC-7895P) and use vinum for mirroring or striping (or both). Vinum is
logical volume manager or so-called software RAID. Anyway, in the case
you need more disk performance you can i.e. stripe four disks. Look at
vinum(8).
