Hi,
How about myricom's 10g ethernet card?
They are supporting a nic driver for freebsd.

The Myri10GE FreeBSD driver is named mxge, and has been integrated in
FreeBSD since 6.3.

If you're running FreeBSD 6.3, 6.4, 7.x, 8.x or 9.x then all you need to do
is

  ifconfig mxge0 inet $ADDRESS up
For further installation details, refer to man mxge.
