Im not on the list at the moment so im replying off-list. I just found the 
"primer for new contributors" (by searching for docbook). Ive checkedout the 
doc's. 

How do I decide what section of the documentation it should be in? ie articles 
vs handbook? when is something important enough to go in the handbook instead 
of an article?
