I'm able to use the card now and play audio CD's if the CD-ROM is connected to one of the on board IDE controllers. I have now connected the CD-ROM to the sound card ( I need the onboard IDE for a CD Writer). I'm not sure or don't know how to configure the KERNEL for the CD-ROM and SB16 PnP IDE port to work properly. I tried adding SB16 PnP IDE as another IDE Controller but it didn't work. Could you please provide some detail info/help. Thank You. Regards ~~~~ rdb
