hello there, i have a CMI8330 ISA sound card (sound blaster compatible). it worked fine under FreeBSD 4.3-STABLE (playing .mp3s and .wavs to /dev/dsp). kernconf: device pcm dmesg: pcm0: <CMI8330> at port 0x530-0x537,0x388-0x38f irq 11 drq 0 on isa0 after cvsuping to FreeBSD 4.4-RC and recompiling the kerenel, (no changes made to kernel config file) i got the following result, tryng to play my files: $ madplay fooboo.mp3 MPEG Audio Decoder 0.13.0 (beta) - Copyright (C) 2000-2001 Robert Leslie ...
