Then why don't you try FreeBSD snapshot?

https://download.freebsd.org/ftp/snapshots/ISO-IMAGES/13.0/

Currently there are r357276, r357606 and r357847 of boot images. If
your H/W boots successfully with r357276 you can narrow range of
bisect.
