You need to run cvsup. The /usr/ports/net/cvsupit port makes this simple, but you'll eventually want to do more than that. There are also excellent explainations about cvsuping and so-called "making world" online at most major FreeBSD help sites, in the Handbook, and in other documentation included with FreeBSD.
