Good point. If Finnish is a separate item, but it uses the Swedish settings, then Swedes see the current layout as Finnish when they later go to sysinstall (I have tried this, and I think it's because Finnish is the first one which matches the table entry). Finnish people are happy but Swedes are not. Solution: Create a new entry "Finnish/Swedish" at the F in the list and modify the current Swedish entry to "Swedish/Finnish". Now both Finns and Swedes find their keyboards :-) and both entries use the existing Swedish settings.
