  Hardrives?  You've got to be kidding... and get worse than IDE
performance?

  Remember, plain old SCSI-II is 10MB/s, which is works out to 80mbs!  USB
is only 12mbs.

  I see USB as a user input (mouse and keyboard) bus only.
