Hi all, A couple of days ago I wrote in because of difficulties going from FreeBSD 3.5-STABLE to 4.3-STABLE. Today I decided to try stepping up to 3.5.1-STABLE first, but have discovered that I can't even do that.... (sorry for the kind of long paste) c++ -I/usr/obj/usr/src/tmp/usr/include/g++ -O -pipe -I/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/libbib/../include -DHAVE_UNISTD_H=1 -DHAVE_DIRENT_H=1 -DHAVE_LIMITS_H=1 -DHAVE_SYS_DIR_H=1 -DHAVE_STDLIB_H=1 -DUNISTD_H_DECLARES_GETOPT=1 -DSTDLIB_H_DECLARES_PUTENV=1 -DSTDIO_H_DECLARES_POPEN=1 -DSTDIO_H_DECLARE_PCLOSE=1 -DHAVE_CC_LIMITS_H=1 -DRETSIGTYPE=void -DHAVE_STRUCT_EXCEPTION=1 -DHAVE_RENAME=1 -DHAVE_MKSTEMP=1 -DSYS_SIGLIST_DECLARED=1 -I/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/libbib/../../../../contrib/groff/include -fno-for-scope -I/usr/obj/usr/src/tmp/usr/include -fmemoize-lookups -fsave-memoized -c /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/libbib/../../../../contrib/groff/libbib/index.cc -o index.o /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/libbib/../../../../contrib/groff/libbib/index.cc: In method `index_search_item_iterator::index_search_item_iterator(index_search_item *, const char *)': /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/libbib/../../../../contrib/groff/libbib/index.cc:310: Internal compiler error. /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff/libbib/../../../../contrib/groff/libbib/index.cc:310: Please submit a full bug report to `bug-g++@prep.ai.mit.edu'. *** Error code 1 Stop. I did make sure that I had completely removed /usr/obj before attempting the buildworld, and I also removed the 4.3 sources before downloading the 3.5.1 sources. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
