It looks like -stable doesn't get the newly invigorated ch(4) man page. 
On a related note, any suggestions for detecting CAM in userland at
compile-time?  I'd like to be able to support CAM and CAMnot in an
application which uses the CAM-reworked struct changer_element_status.
