No does not, the problem appears to be the shared libraries: /usr/local/lib/x11amp/Input/libwav.so /usr/local/lib/x11amp/Input/libmpg123.so /usr/local/lib/x11amp/Input/libmikmod.so as the error message states, have an undefined symbol: "effects_enabled" nm /usr/local/lib/x11amp/Input/libmpg123 | grep effects U effects_enabled It looks like this is related to linking with -pthread which appears to be a problem in fbsd 7.1 -kim --
