The FAQ entry should do the trick. This is mine, for my logitech wheel marble trackball thing: Section "InputDevice" Identifier "Mouse1" Driver "mouse" Option "Protocol" "Auto" Option "Device" "/dev/sysmouse" Option "Buttons" "5" EndSection which works fine for 4.1.0.
