The version number does not reflect whether or not FreeBSD is
1.0, 1.1, 2.0, or 2.1 based.  This breaks 3rd party software that
needs to use uname to figure out what kind of system we're running
on.

pst@precipice$ uname -r
BUILT-19950425

>Fix:

Change the uname -r output to be:

	2.0-BUILT-19950425

NOTE: there must not be any spaces
NOTE: it should start with '2.0' until 2.1 comes out
NOTE: do not use funky characters like parens

Just use this string, and we'll be happy.
