I've just helped a user, and discovered he had a problem that's specific to the FreeBSD port. This rings a bell with other recent problems experienced by FreeBSD users. mod_proxy_html 3.x requires the included proxy_html.conf configuration fragment to work, but the FreeBSD package doesn't install it.
