No, because if you are using ports, and already have postgresql installed, you
will not be forced to change version.

For people using binary packages, there will be a conflict, and they will need
to dump/reload, or run pg_upgrade, it would be great if there was a pkg-upgrade
script for the postgresql*-server ports...
