It has a *great* threaded mode. Fast and elegant. Looks more like XRN than XVnews. Compiles right out of the box, or you can grab my 2.1 binary at: ftp://ftp.cs.uncc.edu/pub/FreeBSD/contrib/knews/ While you're there, check out xmtoolbar, a nice Motif replacement for FVWM's goodstuff. I have compiled it shared and non-shared for those of you without Motif 2.0 (does the SWIM installation script stink or what?). Anyway, it reatures pixmaps, collapsable button groupings, configuration via menus (no more hacking into .fvwmrc). ftp://ftp.cs.uncc.edu/pub/FreeBSD/contrib/xmtoolbar James James Robinson Phone: (704) 547-4876 Department of Computer Science FAX: (704) 547-3516 UNC Charlotte email: jlrobins@uncc.edu Charlotte, NC 28223-0001 System Administrator
