Subject:Scsi problems.. The following error's appeared when copying some files to a new 3 gig i got.. /kernel: sd0(aha0:0:0): MEDIUM ERROR info:00540a87 csi:00,00,0e,00 asc:09 fru:2, retries:4 and info:00540a88 csi: 00,00,10,00 asc:09 fru:02, retries:4 I assume i have to mark the sectors bad or something... How do i scan and mark all bad sectors...????? Also what exactly does the above messages mean?.. Please email me timb@thud.cdrom.com.. As this address wont go anywhere... thanks
