Hi,

I would like to propose an option to the security/p5-Net-SSLeay port to
use OpenSSL from ports. I've already send an PR but it got obsolet when
the port was updated to version 1.57.

The change that this needs is minimal.

I know in FreeBSD there is a newer OpenSSL version, nevertheless it
would be helpful to use the OpenSSL from ports system if one wants to do so.

Greetings,
Philipp
