Gee, it hasn't crashed on me in *ages*. I have it set to not autorender framed pages, which may be part of the problem. It can launch external copies of itself. Just set the external browser to something appropriate, like "xterm +sb -sl 0 -e w3m". Even better - and the reason I switched - is that it has three external browsers, so I can have it launch a graphical browser to follow a link, or view a page that's poorly written. I still miss the numbered links, though.
