don't think users should have to have 2 JDKs installed. Unfortunately Fileb=

isn't open source and so we're left using whatever JAR the developer provid=

which is built against  jdk11.

Leaving jna pinned to jdk8 by default seems okay, but I know it also builds=
 on
jdk11 just fine. Adding a jdk11 flavor would be nice-to-have to avoid
dependency nightmares.
