OK, this is a new one on me. I must have installed FreeBSD on 50+ machines, but I have never seen this error message. Booting from a 3.4 Install set of disks. Right after harware detection, the hard drive being the last item detected I get the message "Unable To Open Inital Console" What does this mean? -- Stan Brown stanb@netcom.com 404-996-6955 Factory Automation Systems Atlanta Ga. -- Look, look, see Windows 95. Buy, lemmings, buy! Pay no attention to that cliff ahead... Henry Spencer (c) 1998 Stan Brown. Redistribution via the Microsoft Network is prohibited.
