>Description:
graphics/kipi-plugins are not picked up by either digikam or gwenview. This makes all the functionality it provides unusable.

I tried latest digikam as well (0.9.0-beta3) - but it failed to detect any kipi-plugins too.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install digikam or gwenview, and check plugins in their settings dialogue. Gwenview's is blank (and plugin functionality is absent from the menus), digikam tells me there is 0 kipi-plugin present.
