>Description:
As Dr. Pasquale Tricarico wrote in the ORSA mailing list, orsa-0.7.0 is outdated and no longer supported. Development is actively going on:

"... ORSA 0.7.0 is no longer supported as it is several years old. It is
kept around only because is the last working GUI version. For more
updated code, you should check the orsa git repository:
http://orsa.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=orsa/orsa;a=tree

Regards,
Pasquale"

Is there a chance having a more recent version in thep orts collection?
