It makes sense to commit it, since our users will get chance to use this features now (case independent search, IMHO, is very important). Anyway, csh subshell support patch can be used only locally, since original "csh" doesn't supported at all, so it will not work on solaris etc. But it will work for FreeBSD, since it uses tcsh named as csh.
