Hello all, I just moved my old openSUsE 11.4 mail server to freebsd 10.4 (postfix+ dovecot+clamav) and it seems to work fine :-)... I noticed that the directory listing of my users mailboxes (around five hundred) is way slower than in linux. Is it normal? Do I need to tweak some kernel parameters (I have a lot of free RAM)? I've already set the kern.maxusers to 4096, is that enough? Many thanks to everybody, Luciano. -- /"\ /Via A.
