>Environment:

XFree86 from base FreeBSD distribution installed
via /stand/sysinstall

>Description:

Although I have installed XFree86-3.3.2 via /stand/sysinstall,
the 'Xpm' package 3.4k and port do not want to install:
They say that package 'XFree86-3.3.2' is not found.
That's true, because XFree86 is installed, but not as package.

>How-To-Repeat:

Just try to install the xpm-3.4k port/package

>Fix:

I have forced xpm to think that XFree86 package is present by typing:
cp -R /var/db/pkg/lynx-2.8.1dev.25 /var/db/pkg/XFree86-3.3.2

lynx doesn't matter, I have just selected a random
package record to copy it to pkg/XFree86-3.3.2
