I am not much further . I am trying to install 2.2.2-RELEASE off of the Internet through my ISP. I have set up the Information as follows: Host: myhost.mydomain.com (internal to the co.) Domain: mydomain.com (internal to the company) Gateway: 0.0.0.0 NameServer: ISP's NameServer IP Address: 0.0.0.0 Netmask: 255.255.255.0 When I get past entering in the baud rate, I use the ALT-F3 to establish a ppp session. I then go back to ALT-F1 and immediatedly the site or URL setup above is said to invaild .. and the PPP stopped. Using Alt-F2, I have been using some debugging but the whole lot makes litte sense.
