Subject: OTP only from FreeBSD Boxes?

Is there any reason why the S/Key one time password stuff will only work
from a FreeBSD or Unix client? In other words, I try telnetting in
using a shareware telnet program "CRT" from any NT box and it
disconnects me immediately after entering my login. It also fails after
login if I telnet in from NT's telnet.

When I login to a FreeBSD box and telenet in from there, the s/key stuff
works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
