Has anyone had any positive experience with the alternate registrars out there? Some additional criteria: - I'd need one that's end-user oriented, so places like bulkregister.com wouldn't fit the bill. - I'd also like to use a US-based company for this (no offense to non-US folks, but if something goes wrong, I want to raise a ruckus on the phone in English :-) I haven't had any problem with Network Solutions, but I'd like to support competition (monopolies...BAD!). Further, I find NSI/Verisign's plan to take abandoned domains an auction them off rather than put them back in the pool patently evil.
