(9.0 discussions should go to stable@, not current@)

I don't think that kern.ipc.semmap exists on 9.0 - at least, it is
present on my 8-STABLE box, and not present on my 9-STABLE box (whilst
other oids, eg kern.ipc.semmni exist on both)
