Occasionally a python3 specific version of a port does need to be built, it=
 is
preferable that we don't if we don't have to. When it is needed it is norma=
lly
a py3 variant not a specific python version. If lack of a py3 variant block=
s 20
other ports it is more likely to be accepted that one that blocks a single
port.

When packaging as a py3 dependency for another port, there are issues that =
are
still being worked on, but my suggestions are enough to build and test your
application. If you are looking to add it as a new port that will be py3.x =
only
then compromises may need to be made for a while.
