I understand the functionality of the ports system at a beginning level. However, with packages, I know that you can use various configure flags to build the package with just the abilities you need. Is there a way to do this with the ports system? Does it just create a really huge binary to handle possibly anything you need or does it leave parts out that you MAY need?
