Hi, Try with: env PACKAGESITE=ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8.2-release/Latest/ pkg_add -r dnsmasq to get a dnsmasq corresponding with your achitechture and your FreeBSD version.
