ITYM,

  /dev/da0s1a /

Yes. No need to use quotes. These are three completely independent
filesystems.

Yes. Like I said, they are each independent objects.

Not as long as the two entries match in /etc/fstab. You can always use
a device name, a mount point is mapped to a device node using fstab(5).
