The mhash module appears to be the trigger (an extensions.ini with only mhash causes failure, all others minus mhash: no failure). Same outcome on various machines, running 7.1 and 7.2, i386 and amd64. # php -v PHP 5.2.11 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.7 (cli) (built: Oct 17 2009 11:08:05) Copyright (c) 1997-2009 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2009 Zend Technologies with eAccelerator v0.9.5.3, Copyright (c) 2004-2006 eAccelerator, by eAccelerator Segmentation fault (core dumped) Note: the scripts seem to run, just dump rather than end nicely. I did not test the mhash function. -Simon Shapiro
