I had this problem also until I did this:

cd /usr/src/sys/modules/linux
make cleandir

Note that I build modules with world (MODULES_WITH_WORLD=yes) so you have
to:

rm -rf /usr/obj/usr/src/sys/UNICORN/modules/linux

or something close to that.
