I have aquestion about the intel motherboard N440BX. First, will I get trouble installing FreeBSD on it? I checked the mail archives, and at least one person had trouble installing it over ftp. I have a CD, so might not be an issue. This card has a built in SCSI adaptor, Symbios Logic* 53C876 Dual Channel Ultra. Will this work without CAM? I have found references in hardware.txt to 53xx75, but not ..76, (I think...) I have presumed that I need a separate SCSI controller. Is this false? Thanks in advance! /Palle To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hardware" in the body of the message
