            Bug ID: 231516
Summary: [ZFS] Crash upon dectection of failed drive.
           Product: Base System
           Version: CURRENT
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: bin
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: sbruno@FreeBSD.org

It looks like the system here is crashing on startup trying to do something
with a vdev that has a failed member on host startup.
