This is something that I brought up at the beginning of this thread. =
There
were several reasons why it was not/is not implemented. The final =
outcome
(as far as I can tell) is that I'm creating and maintaining some ports
implementing IBM's SSP patches for GCC 3.3 and GCC 2.9.5.
